Q1. Can I get a sample for reference?
A1. Yes, we can send samples for testing. Customers have to pay the sample cost and the shipping cost.
Q2. Can you give me some discount?

Q3. What are your payment terms?
A3: For sample, 100% T/T before production. For FCL order, T/T 40% as deposit, and T/T 60% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4. What’s the delivery time?
A4. For sample order, if we have stock, the delivery time is about one week. For other order, as usual, 25-40 days after payment.
Q5. Can I mix different models in one container?
A5. Yes, different models can be mixed in one container. More models, more production time.
Q6. What’s your warranty terms?
A6. We offer different warranty time for different accessories.
Q7. What about your packing?
A7: Generally, we pack our goods in steel frame and strong carton boxes. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization.
Q8. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A8. Yes. We have 100% on line testing, and spot testing before delivery.
Q9. Can I do our logo or brand on electric bikes?
